With the awards season and premieres taking over, this week saw so many lovely red-carpet looks — with The Golden Globes going on internationally, The Pre-Filmfare Awards Party taking place earlier this week, and of course, the Mumbai premiere of xXx. As much as we loved most of the looks on the red carpet, we did not see much in street style this week. There was a lack of colour in the fashion world, as celebs chose to go rather monochromatic. Whether it was Shraddha Kapoor’s pinstripe jumpsuit or Mini Mathur’s grey-scapade or even Sarah Jane Dias’s black & white printed shirt — these celebs put a great spin on the monochrome look. Taking things in a slightly different manner, Parineeti Chopra was spotted in a cute jacket-tuxedo dress, paired with white sneakers, which, according to me, took the cake, in terms of casual looks.
