This Real Bride Recreated Sonam’s And Deepika’s Bridal Looks. And We’re In Love
There’s no doubt that we, as a nation, are majorly smitten with Bollywood! When in love, we spam bae with romantic Bollywood songs. We take the movie watching experience to a whole new level with the kind of investment we show! Tears roll out when the couple is separated, and when they get back together, we can feel it too! Queen inspired us to say no to f**kbois, Manmarziyaan gave us hope that all will be well and Bajirao Mastani, basically just made us want Ranveer Singh a bit more! We practically live and breathe Bollywood. And with so many A-list celebs having tied the knot recently, we took notes for our own wedding, which may or may not happen any time soon. This bride, Anusha Bhatt, however, turned her dream into reality by recreating Bollywood shaadi looks with her SO. And we think it is beautiful AF!
Her Sangeet Look Was Inspired By Sonam Kapoor
Anushaa wanted to recreate Sonam Kapoor’s ivory and gold look by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. Which is why, she wore the same colour combo. The gajraa really made the look come together and the similarity is stunning!
Her Wedding Look Was Inspired By Deepika Padukone
Like Deepika, Anushaa too opted for a classic red outfit. And though her blouse is more embellished, she matched her jewellery with Deepika’s. A maang tikka, nath, oversized earrings and a choker completed her look. Anusha even kept her makeup nice and subtle like Deepika’s. If you are already stumped by how perfectly she recreated the looks, wait for the next!
Their Reception Look Was Inspired By DeepVeer
For the reception, Anusha and her husband, took a leaf out of DeepVeer’s many looks together, this one from an editorial shoot. She opted for a red glitter gown, but what really made a difference was the net veil! They even posed like Deepika and Ranveer.
Anusha looked just as gorgeous, and probably spent a fraction of the money the stars did! Honestly,we’ve never felt so single and ready to mingle. But also makes us hopeful that when the time comes, we’ll probably be able to pull off the bridal outfits of our dreams! *Waits for the next big Bollywood wedding with a notepad*
