The Flatform Aindrila Is Currently Crushing On

Move over white trainers. Welcome white flatforms. If you’re the kind of girl who likes her heels, and can’t substitute anything for comfort, then the avant garde world of soles has made life so much easier for you. Like it has for mine. I love the concept of Birkenstock sandals, and the addition of flatform soles to it has just made life for short girls easier and more comfortable. Of course, the fact that it is on-trend makes it the perfect icing on the cake. It’s perfect for daywear and you can totally slay it with your LBD as well, depending on the style and colour you choose to buy. But the staple black and tan are a must!

My ever-growing shoe closet (well I’ve always admired Carrie Bradshaw…a lot!) has seen most of its additions in the last few months sticking to flatforms. Most certainly in different colours and shapes, but the flatform sole has definitely caught on me like a moth to a flame! Sandals, mules, peep-toes…I have them all, of course, in flatforms. It’s finally time for Spice Girls’ fashion ruling au courant shoedom!

I chanced upon this white glitter espadrille flatform with a double buckle during one of my online retail therapy jaunts. And man, was I in love! They looked so comfortable and all shiny, that I had to have it (also I didn’t have a white pair, just so you know). So promptly it was ordered, as a pre-birthday gift to myself! Shoes are a girl’s best friend, I truly believe, and there’s really no harm in owning just another pair, is there? *winks*
