Indian Designer Slams Surbhi Chandna For Requesting “Free Clothes” For Wedding

Actress Surbhi Chandna is all set to tie the knot with longtime beau Karan Sharma. After dating for quite a longtime, the couple is set to make their relationship official with a grand wedding. Set to be hosted in Jaipur, the wedding is slated for this year. The actress is currently busy planning her wedding and seen running errands. But amidst the shaadi shehnanigans, Chandna found herself in between a controversy. And it is also related to her wedding.

In the latest update around her wedding lehenga, Indian designer Ayush Kejriwal came out and spoke against it. It all started Surbhi’s stylist approached the designer to lend her clothes, for the wedding, in exchange of social media postings. The barter deal insisted on giving the designer garments for free. Reacting to the message, designer Ayush not only did bash the celebrity stylist for such an offer, but also shared a video of himself on social media, expressing his disappointment over such a request.

In this video, Ayush also mentioned that doesn’t like giving free clothes to celebrities, but this has taken a step ahead as they have been asking for free clothes for their own wedding. He also questioned why Chandna would not pay for her own wedding clothes, but could afford a palace wedding in Jaipur. Reacting to the incident, some people on twitter also asked Chandna’s credibility, questioned the publicity stunt and more.
