Actress Sobhita Dhulipala’s visible fashion evolution has been a delight for the internet to watch. From red carpet appearances, and film promotions to turning into a bridesmaid, the actress keeps a check of some favours designer pieces to make a statement. Just recently, the actress has been taking the classic Indian saree to a streak of experiments. From cotton printed to Bollywood-inspired chiffon, Dhulipala’s summer closet is filled with some fascinating options. So, if you’re heading to a wedding this season, allow the Night Manager actress to help inspire your look.
Poetic Prints
Nothing beats the charm of prints in the summer season. The ideal way to dress up in the heat is to pick out pale colours, and cheerful prints that will keep you cool under the sun. Like actress Sobhita Dhulipala’s uber-cool Anita Dongre saree, you can choose the silhouette for an intimate, pre-wedding function at home. Keeping the blouse extremely simple, and staying away from excessive accessorising, allow the print to take the centre stage here. Here, you can also play around with a light makeup look, pearl earrings or even a stack of bangles to brighten up the ensemble.

Romancing Red
The idea of keeping yourself cool in the heat is to avoid any sort of embroidery work or too much layering. Here, Sobhita’s trick to dressing for an evening wedding soirée or a cocktail party is all about picking a hero shade and dishing an entire look out of it. Red turns as the protagonist in this look, as she picks a romantic saree. The Sabyasachi saree in crimson red, featured a halter-neckline blouse, with a bow at the back. The actress marvellously layered the textured tulle saree with the help of a dainty diamond neckpiece, ear cuff and a low bun. The colour is best preferred for the evening and for special occasions.

Cotton Drape
For a friend’s wedding recently, Dhulipala’s guest closet was filled with a mix of embroidered, cotton and Kanjeevaram sarees, that were a big nod to the summer heat. In one of the pictures, we spotted the actress’ smart way of styling a cotton saree for a wedding. The custom-made rose saree on Sobhita featured a thin gold border, and a brocade blouse in the same shade. She further layered the look with elaborate temple jewellery including a neckpiece, jhumkas and a statement maangtika. What we loved about this summer saree look was the combination of a cotton saree and gold jewellery.
