Shanaya Kapoor’s New Fishnet Ballet Flats Cost A Whopping Amount And Honestly, We Wouldn’t Pay A Penny For Them!
Shanaya Kapoor's unflattering fishsnet ballet flats costs so much more than regular and cute ballet flats!

Maheep Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor has been making waves on social media with her fashion sense and we are fans. The actor usually goes for chic and comfy looks which we relate to a lot and on her recent vacation to Dubai, she unveiled a lot of new looks which we loved and added to our mood boards. But when it came to the footwear choice beneath her monochrome Loewe set, our feelings became rather mixed. Can you guess the price of those flats?
Shanaya Kapoor’s Fishnet Ballet Flats Cost
Shanaya Kapoor shared a picture wearing a monochrome set from Loewe which looked stunning on her. She styled it with open hair and minimal glam. And while we loved her look, her fishnet ballet flats stole our eyes. The flats were from Alaïa. The flats cost around 860 USD which when converted to INR cost 72,557!
While Shanaya Kapoor looked stunning, the ballet flats didn’t sit right with us. Fishnet ballet flats have emerged as a polarizing trend that many find unappealing and far from stylish. Unlike classic ballet flats, which are loved for their minimalist elegance and timeless appeal, fishnet versions can look overly edgy and even a bit awkward.

The fishnet material, often associated with edgier looks or evening wear, contrasts oddly with the delicate, feminine silhouette of ballet flats, resulting in a style clash. The texture of a fishnet on a flat shoe can appear busy and distracting, clashing with a wide range of outfits. While some trends blend contrasting elements tastefully, fishnet ballet flats come off as a fashion experiment gone wrong, lacking the chic simplicity that makes ballet flats so popular.
