Sara Ali Khan Picks A Risqué Corset Blouse Lehenga

Last night Manish Malhotra celebrated 13 years of his label with a grand show, where he presented his Autumn-Winter 2018 collection “ZWEEN“. In true Manish Malhotra style, he had his showstopper pieces modelled by Bollywood’s superstars. This time, it was Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, who slayed the ramp with their charm and chemistry.  Of course, most of Bollywood extended their support by attending his show as well. Bhumi Pednekar, Manushi Chillar, Janhvi Kapoor, Ishaan Kattar and more were at the event. The collection presented focused on bringing Middle Eastern-style mysticism and glamour to life.

One of the many attendees included soon-to-be debutante Sara Ali Khan, who has already made a mark for herself as a fashionista. Dressed in one of the pieces from Manish’s “ZWEEN” collection, Sara made heads turn.

She was seen wearing a gunmetal grey lehenga. Plunging neckline cholis are back in vogue, and embracing just that,  Sara wore a corset-style choli, with a slashing neckline, that had mesh detailing. The choli was a good mix of sexy and functional, featuring a dupatta attached around the sleeve. The top was styled with a matching, voluminous, lehenga skirt. The lehenga skirt had huge floral motifs, in gold and silver with zardozi embellishments.

Sara styled the look with gold shoulder duster earrings. She kept the makeup minimal, with fluttery lashes, kohled eyes and glossy lips. Her signature blow dried straight hair rounded the look.

A risqué blouse like this one with a lehenga that has huge floral motifs, is a hard look to pull off, but Sara did full justice to this look and looked great!

Our verdict: Haute!
