In a recent turn of events, reports suggest that Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman saw Ryan Reynolds confront Justin Baldoni for fat-shaming Blake Lively. This information came out from the newly unsealed court docs in their ongoing court battle. He reportedly went to the actress’s New York City apartment on April 25, 2023, where Reynolds told him that it was ‘horrible’ to ask about a woman’s weight. Read to know more about the update here.

This was reported by People who also revealed that the couple accused Jane The Virgin star of fatshaming her and was completely ’embarrassed’ and apologetic about it while shedding tears. Reports also reveal that Taylor Swift and Hugh Jackman were also present at their NYC apartment during this incident. According to the outlet, the claim stems from a timeline of events submitted by Wayfarer Studios co-founder Jamey Heath’s staff to Baldoni’s publicist via email in July 2024.
In a previous report by TMZ, Swift had gone to Blake’s apartment at the time the actress told her to, allegedly not knowing that anyone, including Justin, would be there. An insider revealed to the outlet that the singer believes that her BFF manipulated the timing of the meeting so that she could arrive before he left, and that she didn’t say anything to Justin other than that she was excited to watch It Ends With Us.
Baldoni claimed in his now-dismissed 400 million dollar countersuit against his Blake and Ryan that she weaponised her friendship with Swift with text messages of Loveli referring to her husband and her best friend as her ‘dragons.’ The lawsuit read, “The message could not have been clearer.” It said that the director was not just dealing with his co-star but also facing ‘dragons’ who were among the most influential and wealthy celebrities in the world, not afraid to make things difficult for him.
