Teamed with a short signature Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla chikankari kurta, were a pair of flared gharara pants. Sealing the look Richa completed it with an intricately embroidered dupatta, featuring tonal embroidery and a sequin overlay. Furthermore, Richa covered her hair bun with a delicate veil, which was an additional element in her look.
The tonal embroidery running throughout her gharara set came weaved with delicate sequins and a hint of pink and pistachio green. For jewellery, Richa followed the royal memo and layered up an emerald encrusted, jadau neckpiece, paired with shoulder-grazing earrings and a passa in the same shade. She also wore a traditional, pearl-string nose ring and statement kadhas to match her traditional jewellery. Thankfully, Richa skipped the usual red bridal look and experimented with the trendsetting ivory. What we further loved about her bridal makeup was the chic minimalism.

Matching his bride in gorgeous ivory was groom Ali Fazal. The actor’s head-to-toe ivory ensemble was again a custom-made look designed by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. Ali wore a kalidar sherwani, that replicated the Sufi-inspired–khirqah attire. As seen on Richa’s gharara set, Ali sported a similar overlay of chikankari work and delicate tonal embroidery. The silhouette featured graceful pleats and classic sherwani, curved collars. He teamed the kalidar attire with a pair of off-white churidar and matching mojaris.
