This season of India Couture Week 2024 was rather lowkey than the usual times. For most showcases, celebrities turned up the heat on stage by walking for some of India’s most popular designer houses. Closing the showcase for this year, were stars Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna. Making a fresh pair, the duo walked for designer duo Falguni Shane Peacock.
The finale showcase by Falguni Shane Peacock exhibited their latest collection– Rang Mahal, which drew inspiration from the regal and dreamy aspects of India’s royal heritage. Presenting their signature embroidery work, ethereal whites and flamboyant silhouettes, FSP’s newest collection was a combination of trendy corsets, pastels and sheer kurtas. Walking the ramp for the designer duo, Vicky Kaushal set the stage on fire with his simple yet deadly hot sheer kurta, teamed up with an embroidered bandhgala and matching pants.
Rashmika accompanied the actor in a pearl white lehenga set featuring a slim blouse with chandelier-esqué sleeves, embellished with pearl and bright diamond designs. She further completed the look with a long veil of the same shade. For jewels, Rashmika opted for a maangtika, and let her long tresses loose. Well, we definitely loved their look!
