4 Times Animal Star Rashmika Mandanna Slayed In A Saree!

Actress Rashmika Mandanna’s sartorial choices have become a point of discussion for fans. For the trailer launch of her most-awaited film of the year, opposite Ranbir Kapoor–Animal, the actress trusted the Indian favourite saree and made a fabulous fashion statement. Wearing her favourite piece, her printed drape in red and yellow was styled using the black velvet blouse. She further accessorised the look with long-trailing ruby earrings and her hair straightened up. Take a look at some of our favourite pieces from her collection here.

Classic Black

For the film’s promotion, the actress picked a sheer black saree. Exhibiting her love for the silhouette, Mandanna picked an organza saree in black, featuring gold borders, and teamed it with a matching black blouse. Styling the look, she selected a statement three-tier kundan choker and worked around a classic smokey eye look and curly hair.

Mirror Mirror

Another of our favourite pieces from her collection is this vibrant, mirror-laden saree. The signature Arpita Mehtra drape comes in a unique champagne colour, mixed with tones of ivory and a layer of multiple sequins. Embellishing the same, are bold mirror borders, which she teamed with an equally bright, mirror-soaked blouse. Allowing her saree to take the spotlight, she sealed her hair into a bun, and picked kundan jewellery.

The JJ Valaya Effect

Walking at one of the fashion weeks, the actress turned muse to popular designer JJ Valaya. Again, Mandanna brought her unique spin on the saree and styled the same with an unconventional draping style. Binding the same together, she sealed the drape with a belt, and a halter neck blouse. Furthermore, Mandanna added a bunch of emerald-stone jewellery as ear cuffs.

On the professional front, the actress is excited for the release of her film–Animal, starring opposite Ranbir Kapoor, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
