Reminiscent of Dior’s historically-loved fabric play of fierce black and romantic lace, Poonawalla broke down her look into four individual pieces. With a turtleneck placed as a canvas, she added a crafted cut-work vest, which she teamed with a pair of lacy red shorts. What added grandeur to the look was Poonawalla’s Spanish spin to it, provided by the taffeta black, front-cut skirt and simple black hat. Adding more drama, was the irrelevant incorporation of a Chinese hand fan and the popular Christian Dior bag, which served no beyond being a billboard.
