Natasha Poonawalla Dishes Out Another Pretty Powerful Look In A Custom Gaurav Gupta Design
Style and Natasha Poonawalla’s eye for the best designs, makeup for a great team. Right? After serving at this year’s Met Gala and important award ceremonies at the Cannes Film Festival, Natasha has served us with another look and saying that we love it would be just an understatement.
Styled by her favourite style collaborator–Anaita Shroff Adajania, Natasha has whipped up another look, wearing designer Gaurav Gupta. The custom, larger than life gown as seen on Natasha, tells the tale of Gaurav Gupta’s signature fabric construction and the intricacy in pleats. The black multi cut-out silhouette resembles Natasha’s favourite saree cut, giving it a modern-day spin. Much like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s latest birth of Venus inspired gown at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, which was also designed by Gaurav, Natasha is seen posing against a backdrop played by the gown. The gown further comes with a long train, sweeping through the floor, which earlier posed behind Mrs Poonawalla.

For accessories, Natasha brings a hint of gold through her stack of chunky bangles and strikes a match with her golden hair highlights that seem voluminous and healthy. Completing the look further, Natasha opts for an artistic black manicure, a classic winged eyeliner with lips settling for a nude lip gloss. A masterpiece in itself, the glossy pleated, sheer midriff design and the opulence of the fabric add more chaar chaand to Natasha’s persona that at all times is glimmering to perfection.
