Amidst the sea of red bridal lehengas sported by Bollywood’s newly-wed celebrities, Nataša Stanković turned to a classic white bride to marry husband/cricketer–Hardik Pandya. The two flew down to Udaipur with their close family and friends to renew their wedding vows this Valentine’s Day. Ladies in sorbet hues and men in neat tuxes, dressed according to the theme of the occasion. Unlike most Bollywood brides, Nataša Stanković paid homage to her homeland in an ethereal, white wedding gown.

Designed by celebrated Indian designers–Shantnu and Nikhil, Nataša’s outfit for the special day was custom-made couture. Handcrafted in pearls and precious stones, the bride’s outfit was a classic yet trendy version of the corseted gown, featuring an array of design details. Embellished with cloud dancer beads, the inspiration was loaned from the fierce romanticism the bride embodies. The mix of satin, chiffon and lace detailing curated the marvellous silhouette, which is divided into an embroidered corset, followed by a draped Parisian Satin skirt, with a thigh-high waist that gives a peek into the inner skirt, which is crafted using white, see-through lace.

The signature Shantnu and Nikhil detailing was visible on the tulle sleeves, featuring linear pearls. An extension of the silhouette was a floor-sweeping, 15-feet-long veil that sat on her head. Crafted over a period of fifty days by forty artisans. The border enveloping the fabric featured leather sequin, lace and beads in tonal embroidery. Draped by the popular–Dolly Jain, Nataša was styled by Nikita Jaisinghani. She picked a delicate diamond string neckpiece and a pair of dainty earrings. Nataša pulled up her hair into a sleek hair bun.

In contrast to his bride in white was the groom–Hardik Pandya, who wore a charcoal black pantsuit, layered over a white shirt. Embellished on his blazer lapels were two floral accents in black, that matched his bow tie. Unlike most celebrity grooms, Pandya picked a bold, two-flower brooch that signified his persona.

The couple renewed their vows in a grand white wedding setup, in Udaipur. In attendance were close family and friends.
