The bride, Sobhita Dhulipala, was dressed in an exquisite Kanjivaram silk saree with real gold zari. She chose maximal jewellery to honour her traditional Telugu roots. Dhulipala’s saree featured a jacquard design at the bottom and was perfectly draped around her waist.

Her blouse told another story with traditional designs seamlessly printed on the sleeves with motifs extending around the blouse. But it was her jewellery that stole the show for us. The bride wore a layered heavy choker with two necklaces to give it an elegant look. Her look also included basikam which is a decorative forehead thread, maathapatti, a bullaki (septum nose pin), a bajubandh, gold kadhas, jhumkas, and necklaces with a Surya and Chandra motif.

As for her beauty, Sobhita Dhulipala opted for soft nude makeup with a pointy eyeliner to match her gold jewellery. A classic braided hairdo with gold hair ornaments along its length and gajra completed the look. Finally, she chose basic henna themes for her hands, which were finished with a crimson manicure.
