In new pictures from her Instagram grid, we spotted the actress attempting an interesting style trick. Dressing herself for the cold breeze, Thakur played with colours in designer Payal Khandwala’s set. Perfect for winters, the actress curated a stylish ethnic look using a brocade jacket in bright yellow, a white top, and a pair of silk pants in royal blue.

Thakur and celebrity stylist Sheefa Gilani masterfully layered her brocade jacket featuring a rust floral overlay over a loose pearl top. The overcoat in silk is not only a warm fabric to select for the season, but also features a lively two-toned effect with an electric blue lining. She further accessorised her outfit using a pair of pearls and oxidised statement earrings and a silver ring.

She further finds a way to use the fabric in the form of both a long-trailing jacket and a roomy kurta.

You can welcome fabrics like velvet, silk, spun, suede and cotrai to curate an ethnic look for winter weddings. With that, you can also incorporate silhouettes like–a jacket, anti-fit shirt, and fitted, full-sleeved kurta and pants to keep you warm.
