Mouni Roy Blends Powerful Shirt Collars With A Feminine Black Gown In New Pictures

Actress Mouni Roy never fails to impress us with her excellent sartorial taste. The Brahmastra star, recently shared a new reel on her Instagram handle, walking in a spectacular gown. The Gaby Charbachy gown on the actress featured a heavy blend between a white shirt, and a strapless, long taffeta train. Dipped in shades of black and white, the silhouette featured a fitted corset bodice, attached to a long-trailing fabric, and some skin show supported by a thigh-high slit.

The interesting details on the gown included a western square velvet bow tie, headlining the shirt collars. Roy further went ahead with a dewy makeup look, with her signature kohl eyes and pink lip colour. She pulled up her hair into a quirky bun and posed for the camera. She further captioned the post asโ “From the pages of an English romance novellaโฆ” And we couldn’t agree more. The monochrome design was further sealed with a pair of pointed, crystal and black heels.

While Roy remains a keeper of glitter-loaded, sequin-soaked designs, and more so corsets, this interesting addition to her stack, depicted her love for books through her choice of light academia aesthetic. The beautiful blend between powerful collars, a western bow, slit and corset, form an interesting silhouette, which accentuates her athletic form, and brings a hint of a feminine touch, accurately describing the actress’ personal fashion taste.
