Of course, Emily AKA Lily Colins’ outfits stole our hearts, but one thing that struck our minds was when Mindy Chen AKA Ashley Park wore our very own Gaurav Gupta after breaking up with her toxic boyfriend Nicola and she looked stunning!
Ashley Park Wore Gaurav Gupta In Emily In Paris
On Thursday, September 12, part 2 of Emily In Paris came out and the fashion girlies went crazy decoding the outfit. Well, our very own Gaurav Guta couture is also present in the series. After breaking up with Nicola, Mindy Chen comes to Rome with Emily in a red flowy dress. This fit was from the Spring 2024 couture collection by GG. According to Refinery29, At first, costume designer Fitoussi couldn’t find the right place for it as it was too much but Ashly Park fell in love with the dress and asked Fitoussi to take it down to the finale.
She said that she would wear it casually and would play the piano in it. While Fitoussi was on board, creator Darren Star was a bit hard to convince. But they eventually took the dress in and it looked gorgeous! But this wasn’t the first time a Hollywood celebrity wore this stunning Gaurav Gupta gown. Kim Kardashian also wore this during the Ambani wedding and she also nailed the dress!
