Lakmé Fashion Week has kicked off in style today, March 19, 2026, at Mumbai’s Jio World Convention Centre, with its latest edition running through March 22. Partnered with FDCI, this four-day event features top designers and new talents, high couture and ready-to-wear styles. Everyone is especially excited about Manish Malhotra’s showcase, which is presented by NEXA. The legendary designer is making a huge comeback after a few years away and is debuting his new luxury prêt collection along with the MM Accessories line.
However, sources reveal that the designer’s show might be cancelled due to his mother passing away. Sending lots of love, strength, and heartfelt condolences to Manish Malhotra and his entire family during this difficult time.
