Actors Kriti Kharbanda and Pulkit Samrat tied the knot on March 15 this year. For their destination wedding in Manesar, the couple stayed true to their style personalities, with minimalism headlining their looks. In new pictures from their intimate mehendi ceremony, we spotted the duo wearing some understated tones, with unique jewellery pieces. Bride Kriti picked a Ritu Kumar couture piece for the lovely occasion. Designed by the popular Indian fashion label, the bride chose to wear a significantly sexy ensemble.
Marinating trends with traditions, Kharbanda picked up a lovely, ivory corset blouse, embellished with muted-tone embroidery, decorating the fabric with thread. Besides that were multiple sequins, bringing more sparkle to the look. The silhouette fit Kriti like a second skin and was styled with a graceful lehenga. Following the colour theme of her corset blouse, her lehenga incorporated appliqué work, and pastel-coloured thread work. She further styled the set with a see-through, mushroom-coloured dupatta, attached to the set like a saree.

What we loved about the bride’s entire look was her selection of jewellery pieces. Styling the look heavily, Kriti worked around a pair of blush pink and silve jhumkas, attached with a kaan chain to her hair. Balancing the opulence, she added a dainty maangtika to complete her look. For hair, she opted for a neat half ponytail, complimenting her minimal face makeup. Like Kharbanda, if you also want to be a minimalist bride, then play with silhouettes and colours here. The incorporation of a festive corset is not unique but also gives you an edge over the usual bridal designs. Well, full marks to Kriti for experimenting here.
