Kiara Advani, Sidharth Malhotra Ditch Red For Manish Malhotra’s Ivory Glam On Their Wedding Day

The third Bollywood celebrity bride of the year, Kiara Advani tied the knot with her longtime beau–Sidharth Malhotra in a grand royal wedding in Rajasthan’s Jaisalmer. With the city’s popular Suryagarh palace hotel, serving as the hot venue for their nuptials, the celebrity couple turned into the most beautiful bride-groom for the day. Unlike most Bollywood celebrity couples, the Shershaah jodi dropped a red wedding look to dazzle in a sparkling pink and ivory lehenga and sherwani. The actress gave a modern-day twist to traditions in a beautiful ivory and diamond-led wedding look curated by ace designer–Manish Malhotra.

In pictures shared by the two, Kiara posed with husband–Sidharth Malhotra in a twinkling, baby-pink lehenga with delicate silver and ivory sequin embroidery. For her head, Kiara picked up a see-through dupatta veil, with scalloped detailing. Much like the newlywed, actress Athiya Shetty, Advani chose the colour over the classic vermillion red. Accessorising the look, Advani dished out an interesting colour play with emerald-encrusted, diamond jewellery, which included statement stud earrings, rani haar and a diamond maangtika.
An interesting addition to her look was a baby pink stack of bridal chooda, which she teamed with ivory kaleera charms, featuring stars and pearls. Advani also trusted an understated matt glam for her bridal makeup and sealed it all with a tiny red bindi. For her hair, Advani trusted a sleek bun and decorated it with fuchsia pink flowers. The Manish Malhotra, custom-made attire was draped by the very popular–Dolly Jain.

Matching the ivory embroidery on his wife–Advani’s lehenga was actor Sidharth Malhotra, who picked an interesting ivory sherwani for his groom look. The intricate threadwork featured gotta embroidery embossed on a white Chikankari base. Alongside that, Malhotra picked a silk turban and a statement feathered kalghi brooch. He also accessorised the look with a kundan and polki neckpiece and a statement ring added to his index finger.
