Kiara Advani Yellow Co-Ord Set Is Cheery But What’s Up With The Weird Fit?
Kiara Advani has officially kicked off the Kabir Singh promotional tour and we are being treated to her brand of fabulous summer styling. The actress is very fit and stylish and knows how to style her tiny frame in the best way possible. The movie releases on the 21st of June and we can’t wait to see how these star-crossed lovers’ story unravels. Obviously, this is the time for Kiara to shine and she’s been serving up on fabulous looks, one after the other. And while we love how she turns up usually, we are not particularly feeling this look and in it lies a very important styling learning.
For an event talking about the film, the actress wore a fitted co-ord set in a bright mustard hue, a colour that is in trend this season.

We love the fresh makeup and hair on Kirara, those fluid hoop earrings are beautiful. Her outfit though is something we ware not digging. Kiara has a petite frame, and the asymmetric skirt is sitting at the wrong place, shortening her frame further. The bandeau top is also too big for her, we would have preferred a cropped and simpler version of the same instead. The unflattering look is a surprise since the actress is pretty good at dressing for her body type. Maybe it’s a one-off?

It is so important to have your outfit cut off at the right length. Case in point, this red number of Kiara. The length of the dress is perfect, and strappy heels that elongate her lower half making her look taller.

As for the ruched top, it just looks off.
While we were a bit disappointed with this particular look from her, the actress is doing a lot with her other looks for the tour. Kiara seems to have strayed from the route of thematic styling, in that her outfits aren’t an extension of her character from the film. She’s ditched the deglam look for real life and is going all out.

We also saw Kiara in one of the subtlest colour block ensembles from the season. The soft lilac of the clothes is refreshing. Who wouldn’t want to spend an afternoon brunch date in a Victorian top? We also loved the shoes, they match!
