Well, it’s not just us who feel the heat from that scorching summer sun, our little pet friends also feel the discomfort. And if anyone of you has cats and dogs as pets, you know that during summers they only want to stay cool. My dog doesn’t even sleep on the bed, she feels comfortable sleeping on the tiled floor because the cold ground gives her comfort. So an innovation such as that of wearable fans is quite a thoughtful one. This brilliant gadget has been introduced for cats and dogs in Japan, but the news will make all the pet parents and pet lovers happy.
Japan’s heat is unbearable, and therefore a need to help our little friends to beat this heat was necessary too. This thought struck, Rei Uzawa, the president of the clothing company. She got this idea after seeing her own pet dog which is a chihuahua struggle in Japan’s heat every time it was taken out for a walk. As per the report, Rei Uzawa said that Japan did not see much rainfall this year and therefore there were more hot days, and she believes that they have made a very suitable product. The clothing company teamed up with many veterinarians to build this product keeping in mind the comfort of the pets as well. The outfit designed for cats and dogs has a battery-operated device and comes along with a fan that weighs around 80 grams and is attached to the outfit. The dress can be wrapped around the pet’s body and will blow cool air all over their body.
The product was launched in early July and since then the clothing brand has already received 100 orders. The sizes have also been kept in mind and therefore it comes in five different sizes. The price of this very thoughtful product is $75.
