5 Ways You Can Help The People Of Aleppo

You’ve been living under a rock if you’re not aware of the moral crisis that Syria is currently facing. It is really difficult to imagine that while we go about our daily lives and crib about not having the perfect hair day, there are people on the same planet barely trying to survive. Going by the live tweets and videos that residents of Aleppo — the Syrian city that is virtually on the verge of extinction — are putting up, the situation only seems to be getting worse as the days go by. ISIS has almost taken over completely, and the Syrian army is finding it really difficult to fight back. So much so that eve hospitals have been bombed and razed to the ground. It is a civilian genocide, and it is very real.

But instead of just sitting and feeling helpless, you can actually help the people there out. And what better way than to use the power of the internet to show that there is something left of this word called humanity. The UN President Ban Ki Moon has desperately urged all nations to come together in this time of strife. While we physically can’t go there and help, we can surely stand by those who are are doing some wonderful work.
