Every day is a new and stylish day in the fashion biz. In fact, it is never far from surprising, sometimes wow-worthy and other times sigh-inducing. From changing and reviving trends to fresh fashion collaborations, funky new launches or even relaunches, or even shocking disclosures of designers quitting storied labels for new ones, there’s so much buzz on a day-to-day basis.

But while some of the information is noteworthy, there are the BIG scoops that shape the future of the industry. And that’s exactly what we’re here to share with you.

In our monthly Best of Fashion series, we round up some of the best new releases, collabs, launches, and the works of fashion. This is everything you NEED to know.

1. MASABA FOR LONDON FASHION WEEK

Ace designer Masaba is taking her collection overseas with London Fashion Week. Representing India at the bi-annual fashion event, Masaba Gupta will be showcasing her work at the grand finale for the Fashion Scout SS’18. Being the only Indian designer to present, we are looking forward to seeing what this quirky designer has in store for us.

2. SWAROVSKI STUDDED NIKES

Nike’s latest collection is truly blingy, as each pair is studded with Swarovski. On the 20th anniversary of the famous Air Max 97, Nike launched a revamped version of the classic, most loved sneaker. Swarovski and Nike have teamed up to create sneakers that will leave a lasting impression.

Made with Swarovski’s unique Crystal Fabric, about 50,000 miniscule crystals are embedded into the fabric.

3. MANISH MALHOTRA FOR LAKME FASHION WEEK

Manish Malhotra closed Lakme Fashion Week this month with his shimmery and shiny grand finale collection. Jacqueline Fernandez and Aditya Roy Kapoor played showstoppers, but there were lot of other celebrities who showed up in support of the fave designer’s collection.

4. PAYAL KHANDWALA’S LATEST

Payal Khandwala’s latest collection is the designer’s attempt to revisit the traditional handwoven saree. The concept behind it was to give a contemporary spin to the classic, making it a little more modern, yet retaining the culture it represents. With gorgeous pastels that can be worn in a modern drape, the collection merely takes the traditional and makes it more in keeping with the current times.

5. ADIDAS, ORIGINAL IS NEVER FINISHED

Sports behemoth adidas is back with their latest campaign, and it is LIT AF! It is the first video that features global ambassador and new face of adidas, Kendall Jenner. Walking you through iconic pieces of art with a modern spin, the trippy AF video basically sends the message that she’s doing things HER WAY.

Including other famous faces such as Playboi Carti, 21 Savage, and James Harden, the latest installment is as cool as the brand! Watch the video here.
