These Edgy Celebrity Looks From The Grazia Millennial Awards Have Legit Left Us Starstruck!

In a first of its kind, reputed publication Grazia India put together an evening of celebrating millennial achievers. According to the publication, the awards are aimed at being the first platform to recognise and honour the contribution of millennials across categories. Women won big last night… but more importantly, they served up some of the coolest red carpet fashion we have seen in a while!

So while the awards were given out to the best and brightest in millennial pop culture, we now have a round of awards we’d like to hand out for the jaw-dropping looks we spotted last night. Here goes…

Deepika Padukone

Winning the big award of the night, ‘Millennial of the Year’, Deepika Padukone gave a call back to the Bollywood Cannes favourite, Ashi Studio. She wore voluminous separates in a new shade of emerald, her hair a pretty mess and matching danglers for maximum effect!

Janhvi Kapoor

Janhvi Kapoor might just be a nostalgic person because why else would she bring back the ‘Millennial Pink’ trend from 2017? The young actress won ‘Rising Star of the Year’ and did it in a sexy blazer suit from the house of Safiyaa.

Ananya Panday

How do we wear grey to a glitzy event? With tangerine shoes, of course! Ananya Panday managed to tie up all loose ends in this Galia Lahav high-low ruffled gown. She went home with the ‘NextGen Star of the Year’ award.

Radhika Apte

Radhika Apte won the ‘F 21 Disruptor of the Year’ award and was the coolest on the red carpet. She kept it low-key in a printed cocktail dress and bedazzled shoes. We are loving that tousled mane and bold lips; how does she look this good with a little effort? Gets us just a little bit mad!

Sobhita Dhulipala

Chances are you have seen Sobhita Dhulipala in the Amazon original Made In Heaven alongside Kalki Koechlin. Something tells us we will be seeing a lot more of the ‘Breakthrough Performer of the Year (Female)’ award winner. She definitely has the ‘lewk’ down in this carefully detailed ensemble. We see what you did with the stacked jewellery there, Sobhita.

Masaba Gupta

There can’t be no one more fitting for the ‘Fashion Entrepreneur of the Year’ award than Masaba Gupta. The woman turned up in a shrug for god’s sake! The outfit is a custom piece from her label and we can’t help but marvel over the statement rings on her arms!

Much congratulations to all the winners of the night. I am a millennial and I approve of this message!
