Gauri Khan’s Renewed Wardrobe Is Made Of Little Black Dresses, And Statement Underbust Gems

Gauri Khan has always been known for her minimal-chic style. Shah Rukh Khan’s wife has shared a long-trusted bond with classic fashion pieces, and statement jewellery. And now as she heads to update her wardrobe, Queen Khan is loving a collection of little black dresses, that often come with a twist. In some of her newest experiments with style, Gauri has been picking a black silhouette with new-age jewellery designs to impress the internet.

Just recently, Gauri tried her hands on the underbust gem trend, which looked spectacular on her. At designer–Manish Malhotra’s birthday bash, Gauri played around with a form-fitted black dress, with a plunging neckline. The front-cut, silhouette featured metallic underbust gem, and was teamed using a box clutch, and beige heels. The craze for underbust jewellery was fuelled by Priyanka Chopra’s take on it. The actress experimented with one during her latest visit to India.
Her love for the shade was also visible in a unique technique of power dressing, where in she sported a checkered blazer set. For a special photoshoot with friends, Gauri matched her checkered blazer, with a black jumpsuit, and sealed it all with a statement belt.

Previously, Gauri experimented with a Galvan London dress. The body-hugging design featured a nude wave cut around the waist and noodle straps. Khan styled the look using a statement neckpiece, featuring multi-coloured gemstones.

In her third look for a special evening with friends, Gauri wore a little back dress, featuring a see-through detail around her neckline. Gauri styled the look with a lovely emerald-encrusted neckpiece, and hair styled in beach waves.
