‘Emily In Paris’ Fame Ashley Park Dons Indian Designer Rahul Mishra At Paris Couture Week’23

Indian designer Rahul Mishra arrived at the Paris Couture Week 2023, for his annual showcase. Presenting his latest collection titled–Cosmos, the designer weaved his couture collection for the arrival of spring. A complication of his signature embroidery, and his eternal love for nature, the designer presented a successful showcase of the universe, with monumental silhouettes and twinkling sequins, with multiple layers of leafy cutouts.

And while many significant names from India attended the live showcase in Paris, some of our favourite front-row guests included popular celebrity stylist Law Roach and our beloved Mindy from Emily In Paris–Ashley Park. The actress joined the stylist to support the Indian designer and also marked her attendance in a piece from the designer’s creations. The Emily In Paris star, wore a signature Rahul Mishra design, featuring golden leaf accents. Loaned from the designer’s 2022 couture collection–The Tree Of Life, the silhouette featured an overlay of 3D hand-embroidered leaves, resembling the shape of a lotus.

The signature design by Mishra popularly known as the Medinilla halter dress was further styled by the actress using a thin, overlapped neckpiece. Giving the attire, a retro look, she pulled up her hair into a half ponytail and decorated it with a floral embellishment.

Through the slit in her dress, she gave the internet a peek into her broken leg, which definitely did not keep her away from slaying.

Besides Mindy, celebrity stylist Law, known for styling actresses Priyanka Chopra and Zendaya, also showed his support towards the designer with a special post on Instagram. The stylist described his love for Mishra’s work and how supporting an emerging talent, gives him immense joy. The stylist also went on to remember the time, he offered Mishra a golden opportunity, when he styled Zendaya in a piece by the designer.
