Famous Women Fashion Icons

The fashion industry provides people with new styles and new ensembles every season but the success of the fashion industry would not be what it is today were it not for famous women fashion icons. In fact, many of the most influential female fashion icons take pictures flaunting their top outfits and share them on social media. So who are the most famous female fashion icons?

Audrey Hepburn

The classic fashion icon was, of course, Audrey Hepburn. Audrey Hepburn in her memorable role in Breakfast at Tiffany's made the little black dress an obsession for women everywhere. In fact, today almost every female closet has a little black dress that they can wear to any event, maybe even combined with diamond earrings and pearl necklaces.

Elizabeth Taylor

Another iconic female fashionista is Elizabeth Taylor who was known for being fearless with every outfit she wore. Elizabeth Taylor would wear over the top head pieces that today have become the quintessence of fashion accessories. She loved to make an impact with everything she wore.  Her necklaces were glamorous and dresses had plunging neck lines to show off her best features. She also donned feather boas and fur wraps that help to complete even the most minimalist of outfits.

Jackie Kennedy

Jackie Kennedy brought simplicity and chic together to produce a unique sense of style that remains even today as a noteworthy form of conservative ensembles that speaks volumes for her class and elegance.

Madonna

While women like Elizabeth Taylor were bold with their accessories and their hair styles, and Jackie Kennedy was equally bold in a more sophisticated and elegant fashion, Madonna takes the prize when it comes to unique outfits. The diva of pop fashion from the 80s, she wore a casual outfit as she started her musical career bringing the tom boy look to the forefront of women's fashion.  She didn't stop there, her outfits became extravagant when she performed, wearing what amounted to corsets and other revealing creative pieces for which she will forever be remembered.

Lady Gaga

Lady Gaga took stylish female fashion one step beyond the bold and unconventional ensembles of Madonna. At the 2020 VMAs she wore a metallic dress with a matching metallic mask, headpiece, and long metallic colored hair that made everyone feel like they were watching a character out of Game of Thrones. In August of that same year she wore a classic green dress that came out on either side and extended longer on either side than Lady Gaga is tall with an equally outrageous covid mask from which grew what look like large tusks. She is also known for wearing what looks to be bubbles or a bowl on top of her head. Among her other styles include body suits that look to be made from pieces of black onyx, neon green feather boas with a black and neon green corset, an over-the-top bright pink dress too large to fit in the room, and a glittering Versace corset with matching boots.  During the Super Bowl. American flag platform shoes were combined with a glittery red Gucci suit when she sang at the Super Bowl. Of course, dressed like a spider, an octopus, a Christmas tree, and a slab of meat are how she will be remembered most.

Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian fashion iconKim Kardashian is one of many famous women fashion icons.  Recently she found herself in need of securing her numerous residences, as well as her jewelry. Kim Kardashian's home in Paris was famously robbed and it is only one of many robberies targeting successful fashion icons.

In  October 2016, Kim Kardashian filed a report with the French policestating that at 4:30 a.m., after she returned to her hotel room following a busy day with her sister Courtney, they were immediately tied up by two men wearing police paraphernalia and one wearing ski goggles. Holding her at gunpoint he demanded her 4 million dollar ring but that wasn't all they took.  The robbers took two diamond Cartier bracelets from Kim, a gold Rolex, a Lorraine Schwartz set of diamond earrings, and  gold and diamond necklace.  While the ring was worth 4 million dollars, the other accessories were worth another million dollars. It was a harrowing event for this famous female icon, one who regularly has a bodyguard at her side.  Once Kim was presumed to be safely at home in her hotel room, her bodyguard left to secure other members of the family. Extra security measures and help from a security professional can prevent items from being so readily accessible.

Next time, find a locksmith Kim, and safeguard your valuables!
