‘Gehraiyaan’ Screening: Deepika Padukone, Ananya Panday Look Lovely In Leather Alongside Celebs Sanya Malhotra, Sonakshi Sinha, Alaya F

As the film Gehraiyaan comes closer to its release, actors Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday and Dhairya Karwa, alongside director Shakun Batra were spotted last night at the premiere of the much-awaited film. Joining the cast were celebrities including Sonakshi Sinha, Kalki Koechlin, Soni Razdan, Shaheen Bhatt, Kapil Sharma and wife Ginni, Vijay Varma and Chunky Panday amongst others. Dressed up in smashing hot leather ensembles, Deepika Padukone and Ananya Panday showcased their fashion A-game at the screening. Wearing label Alex Perry’s designs, Deepika opted for a neon green mini skirt, a printed bustier and a glossy, black leather jacket. She further styled the look with a messy bun, kohl eyes and tie-up black heels. Twinning with her co-star yet again, was Ananya Panday who sported a leather co-ord set by the label Dolls House Fashion. Keeping the entire ensemble simple, she accessorised the monochrome skirt and crop-top set with a locket chain and black pump heels.

Complementing their co-stars were well-suited up actors, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Dhairya Karwa. While the former opted for a Leisure mauve suit by designers Sarah & Sandeep, Dhairya sported a striped, blue suit.

Other celebrities including Alaya F, Kriti Kharbanda and Sanya Malhotra chose leather as their style buddies for the big night. What further surprised me at the screening was actress Sonakshi Sinha’s all-new avatar, mostly her extreme curls. And I can’t deny but it looked lovely and fresh. Apart from the film, the screening was a display of fashion’s new favourite piece–leather. With many opting for the glossy fabric in its signature all-black look, few others experimented with colourful, printed designs and we loved the shine. Take a look:

Earlier yesterday, team Gehraiyaan dropped the film’s new track ‘Beqaaboo’ starring Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi. Gehraiyaan will release on February, 11 exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
