Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s next project has definitely kept us on edge for the longest time ever — but guess what? Not anymore ’cause we’ve just got the first look of Padmavati.
Obviously, since this is an SLB production you’d know that the costumes are going to be larger life. And designing these grandiose outfits is none other than designer-duo, Rimple & Harpreet Narula.
Deepika Padukone is seen dawning a heavy zari work lehenga, paired with a lot of jewellery! As gorgeous as she looks in the beautiful creation, we really wonder how heavy that entire ensemble actually is.
Considering the designers didn’t have all that much to fall back on in terms of research, this first look has tempted our visual senses. Set to release in December, we’re really intrigued to see what’s in store for the rest of the movie.
