Deepika Padukone’s visit to Cannes is extra special this time. Why? Because our very on Mastani is a part of the jury panel and is also slaying in Louis Vuitton, as the newly crowned house ambassador of the label. Keeping us in the loop of her travelogue from LA to Cannes, Deepika recently dropped a special video giving us a sneak peek into the preps for the 75th Cannes Film Festival. And now Ms Padukone’s first appearance from France has the internet pretty excited.

Dressed head-to-toe in Louis Vuitton, Deepika was seen waving at the media as she arrived for the opening day of the festival today. For the same, Deepika arrived at the Martinez Hotel for the jury dinner ahead of the film festival. Furthermore, Deepika opted for a piece from Louis Vuitton’s Fall 2021 collection. The multi-coloured sequinned mini-dress was teamed with a long white shirt dress and knee-high leather boots. Keeping her opening day look simple, Deepika let her curls loose and opted for a box cross-body bag from LV to spruce up the ensemble. As per accessories, Deepika stayed away from chunky jewels and said a yes to a natural, minimal makeup look.
