Deepika Padukone Is Our Monday Mahila Crush In Snazzy Beachwear For ‘Besharam Rang.’ Sorry SRK, But DP Nailed It!

Ever since YashRaj Productions dropped the first few glimpses of the Deepika Padukone, and Shah Rukh Khan-starrer–Pathaan’s first song, our wait to watch it felt longer than ever. But finally, it is here, and the internet has officially exploded. Featuring the leading pair of the film in swoon-worthy, sexy andaaz, the song–”Behsharam Rang” has painted us all red, all thanks to DP, and SRK. Sung by playback singer–Shilpa Rao, and composed by Vishal and Sheykhar, the song sets our screens on fire.
Besides watching Shah Rukh flaunt his eight-pack abs, and channel a slight Johnny Depp look, with hats and mesh shirts, Deepika earns the longest screen time, in sultry swimwear. Styled by long-time collaborator–Shaleena Nathani, Deepika returns to OG Bollywood glam, in a gamut of bikinis, and icon-worthy swimsuits. This time, the actress experiments with much shorter tresses, multi-cut, gold swimsuits, statement earrings, and prints in abundance. Mesh blouses and sequin skirts take the centre stage, as Deepika turns into her fiery self in the song. Let’s take a look at some of our favourite pieces on Deepika in “Besharam Rang.”
The Glaze Gold
The very first image of Deepika that teased the internet about the song, featured her in a metallic gold swimsuit. On Padukone, we spotted a multi-cut piece from label–Norma Kamali. Accessorising the look, Deepika picked up a pair of spiral hoop earrings in gold and layered the look using a tropical shirt, tied in the centre.

Mermaid Chic
Another of our favourite looks from the song is this mermaid-coloured attire on DP. Channelling the brightest of mauve, green, and silvers, Padukone layered her mesh crop top in purple, over a pink bralette, and wrapped an extreme-slit skirt in holographic metallics, around her waist. She further accessorised the look using, emerald-encrusted chandelier earrings, and hair channelling a beach frizz.

Yellow Burst
In one of the first few seconds of the song, Padukone is seen walking in a sunny-yellow swimsuit, featuring two circular closures, supporting the extreme cut-out detailing. The bright yellow set is the statement piece on Deepika and sets the tone of the entire song. For this one, Padukone stays away from excessive accessorising and just walks in like a total delight.

Preppy prints, teamed with chandelier chic, was the ultimate pairing on Padukone. In another look, Deepika wore a one-shouldered, printed bralette, with extended fabric tie-ups, and teamed it with a pair of black shorts, featuring silver tassel detailing around the hems. She teamed the look with multi-hoop, gold earrings, and a tanned-makeup look.

The concluding frame of the song, puts Deepika in an orange set, featuring a tie-up neckline bikini blouse, teamed with a thigh-high slit skirt of the same shade.
