And one of the first things I’m going to lay my hands on this season is a really good cape. Capes are the new jackets for fall, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s amazing how one chic garment can add so much drama to your entire ensemble. I can probably achieve it all in the style department just by sporting this spiffy piece. But wait.
