Cannes Film Festival 2025: Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, Sharmila Tagore And More Best-Dressed Celebs We Loved!

At Cannes Film Festival 2025, the red carpet wasn’t just walked, it was conquered, claimed, and in some cases, reimagined. After the iconic MET Gala, the celebs have set camp at the iconic French Riviera red carpet, and we’re loving it. From Sharmila Tagore and Simi Garewal’s iconic duo breezing through the film festival to Rihanna and A$AP Rocky’s romantic rain entry, these looks have been nothing short of breathtaking and here’s our list of favourites!

1. Rihanna, A$AP Rocky

The duo looked dripping in love as they entered the Cannes Film Festival under an umbrella for Rocky’s film Highest 2 Lowest. Rihanna showed her cute bump in a stunning assymetrical ensemble with a halter neck, pussy bow sashes at the waist and neck, with a dazzling hip cut on the side. She styled it in the matching shade of blue and some diamond cluster earrings. On the other hand, A$AP Rocky came in a crisp Saint Laurent suit, with a white shirt, a black tie, and some shoes. The Ray-Ban ambassador accessorised with the brand’s black-and-gold sunglasses and hefty gold earrings.

2. Sharmila Tagore, Simmi Garewal

Iconic Indian stars Sharmila Tagore and Simi Garewal attended the Cannes Film Festival recently, and we’re in love with them! They attended the screening of Satyajit Ray’s 1970 film Aranyer Din Ratri with Wes Anderson. Sharmila appeared on the red carpet in a green saree, while her daughter, jewellery designer Saba Ali Khan, wore an all-yellow ethnic costume. Simi Garewal wore an Indian couture label gown in her characteristic white.

3. Dakota Johnson

Dakota Johnson brought that frill attitude to the Cannes Film Festival’s red carpet dripped in pink. The actress arrived in a pink fringe gown from Gucci. It was a strapless ensemble with a corset bodice with fringe details neatly underlining her waist. She enhanced her look with huge dangling earrings and a massive ring on her finger. She kept her long hair open, making us fall in love.

4. Bella Hadid

Bella Hadid rules the Cannes and she knows it. The model walked the red carpet in her freshly dyed blonde hair and a sultry dress from Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello. The custom-made black gown featured strategically placed cut-outs to show off skin on the side and front, a thigh-high slit on the side. She accessorised it with rhinestone-dripped Saint Laurent sandals and some jewels from Chopard.

5. Jennifer Lawrence, Robert Pattinson

Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson broke the internet with their appearance at the film festival. Jennifer wore a Dior replica. The Hunger Games actor, who also serves as Dior’s brand ambassador, walked the red carpet in a historic fan-inspired gown. Meanwhile, Robert, who is also Dior’s face, wore a traditional black tux. The duo arrived on the red carpet and posed for the cameras.

6. Pedro Pascal

Okay, Pedro Pascal’s tank top look had the internet on fire for all the right reasons. Pedro Pascal was seen at the Cannes Film Festival with the cast of his upcoming film, Eddington. Calvin Klein provided him with his attire. Fans couldn’t help but adore his outfit, which enhanced his effortless charisma and brought it to life on the red carpet.

7. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley struck heads at the Nouvelle Vague premiere in a vibrant crimson Balenciaga gown. The strapless gown, a custom version of the label’s 50th Couture collection Look 41, featured asymmetric ruching and a sharply sculpted form, marking a departure from her normal palette of subdued neutrals. Paired with Tiffany & Co. diamond jewellery.
