You’re probably thinking, “Maybe it’s another pair of sneaker these bloggers are in love with now, whoopee!” (notice the sarcastic undertones here). It totally seems like bloggers are the unofficial spokespeople for sneakers as a whole, and no one wears them as fashionably as they do. But the trend we’re talking about today aren’t the multi-purpose sneakers. It’s ankle boots.
They’ve been rampant on social media and pretty much every blogger seems to have a pair — or three!
It’s mostly perspex heeled boots that they’ve been sporting with pretty much any outfit, just like they did with sneakers. And surprisingly, it seems to be working!
While the shoes are definitely a winter necessity, usually paired with your woollens and knits, it doesn’t seem to be stopping these girls from wearing it with their favourite sweater dress or shorts.
And it doesn’t end there! The pioneer of all things style, Kylie Jenner is often spotted in them too! We’re definitely starting to sense a pattern here, you guys.
Personally, I feel like it takes some getting used to. I’m still not too hot for them, but if you’re loving the trend as much as these ladies are, here’s where you can get a pair.
