A closet is incomplete without a statement red saree, that reminds you to channel the Bollywood glam IRL. For a string of Diwali parties in 2022, the Gehraiyaan actress wore a striking red saree by designer Nachiket Barve. The design from his latest collection, featured cut-work, floral accents in the same shade of red, embroidered together with sequins. The crimson sequinned saree had an interesting addition of a fabric flowers on her slim blouse, which complimented her athletic form and was all parts sexy. For the IIFA awards in 2022, Panday had two outfit changes, one of which delivered a moment in a Manish Malhotra saree. In pictures, we spotted her wearing a shimmer, and sequin-laden silver drape by the designer, with an interesting bandage blouse. The trapeze neckline complimented her voluminous drape and was masterfully accessorised with pearl drop earrings. For Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s engagement bash, Panday picked a swan-like white lehenga from the shelves of designer–Ritika Mirchandani’s label. The voluminous skirt, with a fitted waist, was teamed with a well-seated blouse featuring long sleeves. The Chikankari choli featured a delicate shoulder puff and a v-neckline that cut the fabric on the right spots. Ananya styled the tiny choli to display her washboard abs and picked a statement maangtika to complete the look. This design remains a classic, but like Ananya, you can choose to give a sexy spin with a slim hemline.

Mirror Mirror
One of our favourite pieces from the actress’ treasured collection is this Arpita Mehta saree. The beige, and ivory drape on Ananya was teamed with the designer’s new mirror fringe blouse, which exhibited little accents of mirrors. The unique silhouette featured a backless design, with a minimal single string for closure. The noodle strap further supported the mirror-embellished blouse, which was a big nod to her growing love for slim cholis. To let her blouse take the limelight, the actress went basic with her choice of a simple off-white saree and completed the look with chaandbalis.

Bold Black
For the star-studded reception party hosted by newlyweds Kiara Advani and Sidharth Malhotra, the actress walked the red carpet in a beautiful, black Arpita Mehta saree. The signature ruffle-skirt saree by the designer was teamed with a tiny blouse, embellished with tonal thread embroidery. The overlay of flat sequins added a hint of sparkle to the entire look through the blouse and the borders. The pleated pallu, provided a full view of the blouse.
