Natasha Poonawalla’s Latest Gucci Pick Is An Ode To Old School Hollywood Glamour. We Love That Dress On Her!

We were still dreaming about Natasha Poonawalla’s grand saree moment at the Met Gala this year, and the woman has whipped up another masterpiece. Marking her stylish attendance at the AmFAR gala in Cannes, Natasha was spotted in one of her favourite labels–Gucci. A forest fairy, if I may say so, Natasha looked nothing short of a dream in the all green attire.

The ensemble as seen on Natasha incorporated a gorgeous green gown from Gucci’s 2021 showcase–Gucci Love Parade, that honoured the old Hollywood glamour. Channelling Hollywood’s never dull glimmer, Natasha’s stunning green gown witnessed the label’s glorious history of dressing up Hollywood’s most shining stars. Curated and presented by Gucci’s creative director Alessandro Michele, the stunning metallic gown featured intricate gold glitter linear details, running throughout the chartreuse green silhouette. Punctuating the shimmering drama on the dress, Michele added massive feather handcuffs, gracing the bell sleeves and ruffled green hemline adding more delight to the swift movement of the dress. Teaming it further with a tiny bustier, and stunning black opera gloves, Natasha added her own spin to the Gucci look.

While the dress wasn’t a big proof of her love for the luxury label, she opted for her favourite Broadway heart-shaped clutch but this time in a sweet pink shade. For makeup and hair, Natasha trusted makeup artist Valeria Ferreira and recreated a look as sported by model Kaia Gerber at this year’s Met Gala. I am itching to recreate this one too. Natasha further relied on more settled and understated glam for her face, as she concentrated on  glimmer for the eyes and painted her lips with a hint of pale clay colour. What a stunner!

This look definitely is our second favourite from Natasha’s look book, and we love how she always manages to stitch grandeur to each of her fashion choices. Natasha also attended this year’s Met Gala and surprised the internet with her sartorial andaaz, as she wore a mix of Sabyasachi and Schiaparelli.
