Alia Bhatt’s KWK Dress Reminded Us Of Vaani Kapoor’s Birthday Look. We’re Confused Who Styled It Better!

Actresses often tend to pick the same designer pieces but give it a spin of their own. In new pictures of actress Alia Bhatt from Koffee With Karan 8, the actress was seen in a coffee-brown sequin dress. Styled by Priyanka Kapadia, Bhatt’s blingy number was picked from the shelves of a designer house–16 Arlington. Featuring a fitted silhouette and a front, string closure neckline with a low neck, Bhatt looked sexy and hawt.

But wait, haven’t we seen this dress before? Yes. The same design was earlier worn by actress Vaani Kapoor this year. Celebrating her birthday in Dubai, Kapoor picked the same silhouette by 16 Arlington. The difference was Kapoor’s choice of colour. Her fabulous grey and silver number, loaded with sequins and a plunging neckline, was styled masterfully with a simple pair of glass heels.

Much like Alia, the actress kept it minimal, with no added jewellery and channelled a glossy and dewy makeup look with blushed cheeks and a lip gloss. Styling her hair into a messy bun, Vaani allowed the sequin dress to take centre stage. Alia too took a simple approach, but experimented with her hair, with a statement blow-dry. She also skipped on accessories, but matched the bling on her dress, with a pair of black sequin heels.
