How hot!

From Alia Bhatt In Sexy Dress To Aditya Roy Kapur In Tacky Suit, Best And Worst Dressed Celebs At This Award Show

Last night, celebrities made a smashing hot appearance at the GQ Awards. From Alia Bhatt to Karan Johar, celebrities seemed too excited to walk the red carpet, in crisp, quirky avatars. In attendance, were Bollywood’s most popular faces and handsome hunks, who had us swooning over their good looks. And of course, we had to list out our favourites and also the ones, who missed out on dressing up right.

Best Dressed

Konkona Sen Sharma

The beautiful actress made an impactful sartorial selection in a head-to-toe black ensemble. Sen Sharma’s pick for the evening incorporated a black blazer, combined with a pleated skirt, and cinched to the waist with a belt. She further weaved the entire ensemble with a tiny black bag and gold accessories. For makeup, a stroke of maroon lipstick and hair sealed into a single parted ponytail, made her look more classy.

Alia Bhatt

Bhatt was a vision in a sexy Gucci dress. Wearing the brand, she’s recently turned a house ambassador to, Alia cut a sexy figure in this column dress, with a deep, v-neckline, exaggerated sleeves and two embellished pockets in the front. Accessorising the look, she further picked a pair of heeled pumps in cherry red colour, straightened her hair, and applied some kohl to finish it off well.

Deol Boys

The Deol boys including Sunny and his sons, looked handsome in black outfits. Keeping it classy and simple, the three picked black suits for the evening, in their preferred silhouettes. Moreover, they also took back a trophy home.

Shahid Kapoor

Kapoor as usual was the star of the evening, in his immaculate white blazer, which he styled sans a shirt. The actor’s ensemble featured a white, statement lapel blazer, teamed with a matching set of pants and his chiselled jawline.

Worst-Dressed

Aditya Roy Kapur

With those looks, Aditya saved his rather shade-appropriate styling for the awards night. Wearing a sleek bandhgala jacket and a red pocket square, Kapur would’ve been the best-dressed guest at a wedding, but sadly not at the style awards.

Karan Johar

The film producer’s quirky fashion and love for bright colours were visible in his ensemble for the evening. Wearing a bright green warm blazer with massive lapels, Johar combined the look with a white shirt, black tie, pants and sunglasses. Those hair spikes are a definite no.

Manushi Chhillar

Staying kilometres away from sartorial experiments, Chhillar was dripping barbie-core in a sequin gown. The blush pink number with a massive backless finish, was styled with her tresses tonged into crisp curls, and a glossy makeup look. Definitely not something, we hadn’t seen before.
