When it comes to working out and staying fit, I’m a newcomer. Up until last year, I didn’t own a pair of sneakers (that I could wear to a gym). So having any kind of activewear, which I didn’t just own for the ‘fashion’, was non-existent.
When I did eventually start, I fell in love with sweating it out, and a lot of it had to do with the clothes — what can I say, if you look good, you feel good!
Essentially, a bra gets hidden under your tee, but we can all agree that we’re only wearing pretty ones, because they make us feel great! It’s the same for sports bras. And do you know the best part? It’s actually stylish to show off a funky back or a bright colour while you’re getting fit.
So it’s definitely time to dump those boring blacks and greys, and sport these the next time you’re doing your squats.
