Lusi recently announced that she is departing from her company and establishing her own studio. Zhao Lusi’s Former Company, Galaxy Cool Entertainment, Releases Statement

Rumours of Zhao Lusi’s exit first started when she had posted a lengthy message on her Weibo account titled ‘New Beginning’. Fans noticed that no mentions of her company, Galaxy Cool Entertainment, were made on the artist’s profile. Weibo always has company affiliations on the profile; hence, this indicates that Lusi had left her company.

Following Zhao Lusi’s rumoured exit, it was reported that several top management executives and key shareholders had left the company’s board. Alleged company records showed that two of the company’s biggest investors, Shanghai Yunfeng Xincheng Investment Centre (Limited Partnership) and Beijing Chuangshi Xinhe Technology Co. Ltd, were the first firms to allegedly pull funding.

Glaxay Cool Entertainment released a statement addressing these rumours. They stated that no internal collapse had taken place within the company and stressed that all operations remain normal, and equity change is a common procedure within corporations. The company further warned legal actions against those who were circulating false claims.

In a previous statement released by Zhao Lusi, she revealed that her contract extension still had 4 years left. She mentioned that when she cancelled work and endorsements due to ill health, the actress herself had to pay the penalty fee. Money was also deducted from her personal studio without consent.

Glaxay Cool Entertainment refuted all of Lusi’s claims and urged the actress not to make public statements that would cause misunderstanding.
