Since yesterday, everyone has been talking about Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent but for all the wrong reasons. YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia who appeared on the judge’s panel in the show’s latest episode has been on the receiving end of all the criticism. The YouTuber’s intensive remark on incent with parents has gotten him a lot of backlash with some demanding strong legal action against him. Dhruv Rathee Reacts To Ranveer Allahbadia’s Statement

Dhruv Rathee is a well-known YouTuber who is quite vocal about his political opinions and ideologies. He recently reacted to Ranveer Allahbadia’s controversy that happened after his appearance on Samay Raina’s show India’s Got Latent. Dhruv Rathee condemned the use of abusive and vulgar language. He firmly stated that dank comedy has become “pure nonsense” and creators only want to churn out views by increasing the shock and disgust value of the content. Dhruv Rathee is also of the opinion that this created a “disastrous impact” on the youth.

However, Dhruv Rathee does not support Government bans on such artists or that is any kind of solution. Dhruv Rathee believes that audiences should put pressure on creators to work on better content. He also compared the impact of India’s Got Latent to that of Ranbir Kapoor’s film Animal.

On the other hand, a complaint was filed against Samay Raina, Ranveer Allahbadia and Apoorva Makhija for their remarks on the show. Many internet users also demanded strict action against the creators. Ranveer Allahbadia posted an apology video on Twitter where he accepted that his joke was not funny or cool.
