The Women’s Commission has issued a caution to filmmakers, producers, choreographers, and industry professionals, urging them to act responsibly. They emphasised that offensive dance moves that demean women must be discontinued immediately. The commission also warned that failure to comply could result in strict legal action.
Additionally, Sharada and the commission highlighted the film industry’s ethical duty towards its audience. They stressed that filmmakers must promote positive messages and uphold women’s dignity.
