Kartik Aaryan and Karan Johar’s much-awaited collaboration was announced on Christmas. After their previous disagreements, the duo shared their upcoming project called- Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. While we know who the charming hero is, the heroine’s face remains a question mark. In recent updates, reports suggest that ‘Kissik’ star Sreeleela might be in talks with Johar for the film.

Sreeleela To Collab With Kartik Aaryan?

According to a report in India Today, Sreeleela has been in advanced talks with Karan Johar to star in Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri. According to reports, if this goes positively, then this film would mark its debut in the Hindi film industry. It also suggested that the actress has been in talks with several other big producers as well and she is eager to make a mark in the industry.

“She has an amazing screen presence, and pairing Kartik with Sreeleela will bring a refreshing new duo to Bollywood,” the source suggested. Both the ‘Kissik’ actress and Dharma Productions have been tight-lipped about the developments. According to the industry buzz, the filming will start by mid-2025. Well, we are definitely to see this duo on-screen.

Speaking of the film, Sameer Vidwans, the director of Satyaprem Ki Katha, will direct the upcoming rom-com set to premiere on Christmas 2024. Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Shareen Mantri Kedia, and Kishor Arora are producing the film. It will be released in theatres in 2026.

Following the announcement, Zoom reported that Kartik is expected to be paid Rs 50 crore for the film. According to the portal’s source, the actor’s market value increased significantly following Chandu Champion and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
