According to a Bollywood Hungama report, there have been the latest updates on the news of Ajay Devgn hosting the latest season of Crime Patrol, and it claims that the actor will be replacing Anup Soni. According to the report, Ajay Devgn will not be replacing Anup Soni as the host, but has only come on board for a few special episodes of the show. A source informed the publication that Ajay Devgn is a popular face and was the perfect fit for such a show, and that he also liked the idea. Furthermore, the sources also said that the actor was asked to commit to a few episodes, and he accommodated it despite his packed schedule.
The report suggested that there is a host for the show, who will be taking up the other episodes that are not featuring Ajay Devgn. However, details about the host have not been revealed as of yet, and the announcement is expected to come out soon.
