Rajvir Jawanda’s Sudden Death
Rajvir Jawanda, unfortunately, could not survive the accident he reportedly met with in Himachal Pradesh. However, certain reports are not making shocking claims around his sudden passing away. As per a Punjab Kesari report, the lawyerso of Human Rights International conducted an investigation into the case that reportedly revealed that Rajvir was denied treatment by a private hospital before he was admitted to Fortis Hospital. This further revealed that the singer’s accident reportedly happened in Pinjore, Haryana and not in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
As per the reports, the singer was firstly taken to Shourie Hospital, Pinjore, and the lawyers have further raised questions around the negligence that initally happened in the singer’s accident case. Reportedly, after Rajvir was denied aid at Shourie Hospital, he was taken to Civil Hospital, Panchkul, and then to Paras Hospital, Panchkula, and then finally to Fortis Hospital.
Furthermore, as per the news report, the Human Rights Lawyers have now decided to take this matter to the High Court after conduction a thorough assessment of the case including a report on the site where the accident happened. During this case, the lawyers also plan on raising questions around the road accidents that happened due to stray animals and the medical facilities provided to victims thereafter.
