As Sean Diddy Combs’ legal troubles continue to unfold, a surprising new development has added another layer to the case. Virginia Huynh, known to many as Gina, has stepped forward, not to testify against the music mogul, but to ask the court to release him on bail. Virginia Huynh, who was once identified anonymously as Victim 3 in court documents, was originally expected to be one of the prosecution’s key witnesses.
Virginia Huynh Turns Supporter From Witness In Sean Diddy Combs Trial
For the unversed, she had been subpoenaed to testify, but just as the trial began, prosecutors informed the court they had lost contact with both Huynh and her attorney. There were growing doubts about whether she would appear at all.
Now, in a twist that favours the defence, Huynh has written a letter to the presiding judge, identifying herself by name and asking for Combs’ release.
According to Diddy’s legal team, the letter emphasises that she doesn’t view him as a threat to society and highlights what she describes as his role as a responsible and devoted father. She also claims that any violent behaviour on his part is long in the past.
But Huynh’s earlier public statements paint a much darker picture of their relationship. In a previous interview on Unwind with Tasha K, she revealed that her five-year relationship with Combs, which lasted from 2014 to 2019, was marked by both emotional and physical abuse. She shared deeply personal accounts, including instances when she became pregnant and was allegedly pressured by Combs to terminate the pregnancy.
On one occasion, she claimed he offered her money to have an abortion and served her alcohol during her pregnancy while vacationing in the Caribbean.

Their relationship reportedly unravelled shortly after one of those trips, when Huynh says she asked for more time before proceeding with an abortion, and was subsequently forced to leave his residence.
Sean Diddy Combs was recently convicted of charges related to prostitution and transportation.
