In 2023, Sitara was 12 when she signed her first big brand endorsement contract with a South Indian jewellery brand. She was reportedly given 1 crore for the shoot, and became one of the youngest celebrity endorsers in the nation. What impressed even more was the fact that she donated her entire first paycheck to charity, a gesture which drew widespread appreciation.
Sitara is also the younger sister of Gautam Ghattamaneni, who is her elder brother. The two siblings have had a visible growth in public life because of their parents.
