Crystal McKinney has accused both Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Harvey Weinstein of se*ual assault and the headlines are full of it. Her first lawsuit was against Combs where she claimed that he drugged and assaulted her. Just a few weeks later, a complaint was filed on May 30,2025 accusing Weinstein of r*pe in an incident that allegedly happened in 2003. Though these cases are not connected, they have renewed attention to her story.
Who Is Crystal McKinney?
According to Crystal McKinney, Weinstein showed up at the lounge, spoke with them for a short while, and then recommended that they move the meeting to a more private location because the club was too busy and noisy. They allegedly followed him to a hotel room in Manhattan, where he placed orders for vodka cocktails and multiple bottles of Boulevardier and Dom Pérignon.
“Once inside, things quickly escalated,” McKinney added. She claims she ran to the bathroom after Weinstein grabbed her and tore at her tank top. The lawsuit claims that after her companion joined her there, Weinstein allegedly stormed in and ordered them to strip and join him for a bath.
The complaint also suggested that the producer asked the two women to engage in se*ual activities in the bathtub. He then dragged them to bed and allegedly r*ped them. After this, he left abruptly and when she told his assistant about it, she asked them to leave immediately.
McKinney alleged that this incident left her in a big trauma. The report details the emotional and mental toll it took on her.
Harvey Weinstein is currently under custody at Rikers Island after being convicted in California in 2022.
